Lube Alley - Helena

We took our fleet to Lube Alley. They were professional, and the oil change took no time at all to complete. Happy business and will continue to be a customer.

Drove in and not even 5 minutes later they were done changing my oil! Best experience I've had. Thank you for a great service

Great experience. Got all fluids done (minus transmission and brake fluids). I pulled in and all fluids were changed in 30 minutes and paid over 1/2 off of what the dealership was going to charge me. Great customer service 👍🏻

I just had my car painted and told them to be careful. They scratched up my driver's door around the door handle. They charged me $132.90 for an oil change I could have got elsewhere for under $100. Never checked any fluids. Claim they checked filters, but they only spent 10 minutes doing the job. Never checked tire pressure. Other places vacuum car and check everything. Can't even get a glass of water. Worse oil change experience I ever had. I wondered why I was the only customer. Most quality places have a line of customers.

When I arrived at the store a young man, Ryan greeted me. I was there to ask a question and didn't expect to receive the welcoming I did. Ryan was so accommodating and helpful. I left Lube Alley grateful for Ryan. As I drove away it came to mind that I needed an oil change. Because Ryan was such a great help, why wouldn't I have Lube Alley be my new go to car care store. I turned around and Lube Alley did a great job servicing my Toyota. Lube Alley and Ryan are a great alternative to other lube places. I recommend if you need a lube job, stop in and see Ryan and the crew.
